Founded in 1998, we are a one of a kind travel agency. All our trips are completely customized to your exact request. WE NEVER PICK A TRIP FROM A BROCHURE and we NEVER SELL ONLY WHAT WE HAVE. We will build a trip open in places for travel components you can add, like staying with friends and no need of renting a hotel for a few days, or showing you how to book a Europe ferry even though we don't sell it.
Once you do book with us, here is a sample of the details we provide with your inital request:
"OUR LOCAL EUROPEAN OFFICES ARE THERE FOR YOU: In your documents you will be provided with a list of local office for your benefit, such as lost documents, change in pick up times, changing a hotel during your stay and so forth. If you have any problems while in Europe , you must contact the local offices FIRST. Without first contacting the local offices, we cannot assist with any after travel issues you may have
HOTELS & Apartments: If you see "1 x TWIN" listed, that means a room with 2 beds. Quad rooms are considered Suites in Europe , often very large and deluxe. A single room more often then not is one twin bed, unless you request a double bed, and you will be charged extra for that. If you see no facilities that means this is a private room with a shared bathroom. Remember that Europe has different standards then you may be accustomed to when traveling. For example; it is not uncommon for a hotel to push two twin beds together and call it a double bed. Please feel free to ask to see several rooms at a hotel, as most hotels are converted manor houses and have varying types of rooms, ranging from very tiny to extra large depending on where they are in the hotel. Non smoking rooms are on request only and upon check in at the hotel, however we will contact the hotel in writing and request non smoking rooms, we understand the allergies of our clients. Our hostels are more like a B&B, not a Youth Hostel where you have to be in at a certain time or be locked out. They are often booked by young travelers on a budget and are centrally located, clean and fun, but without all the bells and whistles of a modern hotel. We have selected hotels that offer parking if you are doing a driving package with us. Parking fees are payable to the hotel directly and are not included in your price. Trying to find parking in major European cities is painful to say the least, so if the hotel prices maybe over your budget this is why, we strongly recommend hotels with parking while driving in Europe.
Apartments may require an exact arrival time to pick up keys. Some apartments may require cleaning deposits. Please refer to your detailed information for these details.
FLIGHTS: You must contact the airlines to make your seat assignments. You must also call the airlines at least 24hrs before departure to check on any flights changes, and confirm your flight details. Seat assignments and attaching your frequent flyer number is your responsibility. For numbers to your airlines please check this website: http://www.geocities.com/Thavery2000/ The airline can pull up your reservation by date and time of your flight. If you are taking a inter Europe flight from either Easyjet or RyanAir it is your responsibility to make those reservations yourself. We do not accept any responsibility for any services that we do not book.
RAIL: If you are traveling with a Rail Pass you must have the customer service person at the train station stamp and validate your pass before boarding your first train. Failure to do this will result in a fine and being asked to step off the train. WHEN TRAVELING WITH A PASS: some trains Premier Trans such as the Eurostar, Thalys and overnight trains do require a supplemental price. That price and booking seat assignments can either be paid while you are in Europe or booked in advance by our office, or once you are paid in full, a rail phone number will be provided to you upon request.
CAR: All CDW fees (Collision Damage Waver), unlimited mileage, sales tax on your rental; no additional fees except small local taxes. All drivers must hold a valid drivers license and credit card (in their own name). You must be at least 25 (30 for some categories of cars) years old to rent a car. We have selected hotels that offer parking. Parking fees are payable to the hotel directly and are not included in your price.
HONEYMOONERS: We have sent an email to the hotels and advised them you are traveling on a honeymoon. If the hotel wishes to extend an upgrade or additional services this is between you and the hotel and in no way is a guarantee.
DOCUMENTS: Your travel documents will be in the form of printable vouchers, except for all rail tickets, those will be sent by UPS to the billing address of the credit card holder. A tracking number will be emailed to you.
